i suppose this doesn't help to answer that very well; i don't recall, but i don't think its the first time. i'm sure jacob (or one of you "others"..) could help with the answer /and specific references ..
some characters they did a wonderful job of showing them in the "present" (real time on the island) but revealing little of their past; enshrouding them in mystery; while with some others, they worked a little faster on fleshing out the character.

Who is Ben's man on their boat? And Naomi meeting with that dude from Hurley's FF...very strange, this is very strange indeed. But so far, this season is 2/2 for awesome episodes. Carl wanted to kill Ben. lol.

How is it Mikhail? That would be awesome but I don't buy it. I think it's the "George" we haven't seen yet or the guy on the phone that Miles tried to contact who wasn't there or whatever.

Either way, this episode made me tons happy. Enough awesome moments (Sayid emerging from the jungle, the parallel to "The Hunting Party"), and crazy what the living hell moments which are what I love about Lost.

Still 2 for 2 in my mind, we'll see how it goes next week.

that episode would be aptly described by "cool beans" methinks. my internet was down until some time yesterday; otherwise it would have plenty more descriptors and enthusiasm...

That definitely makes sense and is very very possible. The only question is, did he know he was to be a mole when he was sent off, or did he encounter the boat later on and then get lured into doing it?
