It's Mikhail. Clearly. Who the hell else could it be? I mean, as soon as he said that, I knew immediately. He's Ben's go-to guy for that kind of recon.

Gotta go with you on this one. I'm not really leaning toward Mikhail because I feel like this would have had to be a long standing plan from Ben. Obviously Mikhail was not on their boat when he blew up Charlie, as Naomi etc were already there and Ben was already worried about them being there. He was surprised when he was told that a girl parachuted onto the island. He couldn't have just sent Mikhail out there after that to hop on their freighter. It's gotta be someone else.
